Peer Learning Networks

What is a Peer Learning Network?

A Peer Learning Network is a group of individuals with a common area of interest, who collaborate and share ideas, skills, experience and resources to enhance their capacity to make change within their community.

Communities ChooseWell offers three Peer Learning Networks to support ChooseWell champions who transform local practices, places, policies, and partnerships to improve active transportation, healthy eating in recreation settings, and Indigenous community wellness. Stay tuned for more information and how to get involved.
