Communities ChooseWell celebrates the efforts and achievements of communities and wellness champions who make the healthy choice the easy choice for their communities. We celebrate by honouring the hard work of Champions with the Healthy Community Awards and sharing Community Stories.
Join our 20th Anniversary Celebrations!
As we look ahead to 2025, we are so excited to invite you, our passionate Champions, to participate in our 20th anniversary celebrations!
To mark this milestone, we are launching Trivia Tuesdays – a fun and engaging way to test your knowledge on the history of Communities ChooseWell and how we have supported HEAL Champions across Alberta over the past 20 years (all in good fun of course).
Whether you engage with us on social media or not, everyone is eligible to participate! Check out the rules below.
Contest Rules:
- Participate on social media OR by filling out the Google Forms found in our Monthly ChooseLetters and on our website
- Every question you answer = 1 entry to win 1 of 2 $50 Gift Cards to SportChek
- Every correct answer = 1 entry for a grand prize of either a $200 Gift Card to SportChek OR a Series 8 Apple Watch!
- If you don’t win in the first draw, you’ll still be in the running for the second draw
- Participants cannot win both grand prizes
- Winners will be contacted directly through Instagram, Facebook and/or email
Grand Prize Draw Dates:
- First grand prize winner will be announced on December 12, 2024
- Second grand prize winner will be announced in March 2025 at the Healthy Communities Symposium
