Our Impact

Our Mission

Communities ChooseWell inspires and strengthens community action to create local conditions and environments that enable all Albertans to eat well and be active.

To achieve this goal, we focus on building the capacity of healthy living champions, organizations and municipal governments to plan, implement and evaluate actions that foster healthy eating and active living (HEAL) in their communities, for everyone.
